The room rates (per night) include full English Breakfast from local produce, eggs from our own chickens and local Biddenden Vineyards Fruit Juice:

        2018 Season

·         Double occupancy/night:  from  £80.00

·         Single occupancy/night  :  from £50.00

·         Dogs (each)                   :    £10

·         Horses - Field/ grazing   :     £15 per horse

           -             Stable   :     £20 per horse


N.B. #1. Proprietors reserve the right of admission
       #2. Arrival time is 16.00-21.00 hrs. If arriving outside this window, please discuss with us in advance.We cannot confirm that we will be open if you arrive late unless you have discussed this with us in advance and we have agreed to a late arrival.
