* Our Rooms

There are 2 rooms in a separate annex - see below:

The accommodation comprises two twin bedded double rooms each with its own ensuite facilities (bathroom/ shower & WC). They are contained in the separate annex to the farmhouse and are located on the ground floor with very easy access (one small step). Both rooms have separate night storage heaters and heating radiators in the bathroom/ Shower room. Both rooms are equipped with modern flat screen 32 in televisions with freeview. Free Wi-Fi is available in both rooms and also in the common kitchen/relaxing area. There is no access code and should immediately visible to both computers and iPad/iPhones. HUNTERS is the first of the two rooms and comprises two twin beds with a separate bathroom that contains a bath/shower and WC and hand basin and is a good-sized room. It overlooks the pond in front of the house and also the kitchen garden that includes a fruit cage in greenhouse. The room is suitable for those who like to have an occasional bath as well as a shower.

POACHERS is the second of the two rooms and comprises two twin beds with a separate modern shower room and WC and hand basin. This is the ideal for those requiring a good shower only

A COMMON KITCHEN/DINING / RELAXING AREA is also found on the ground floor annex. This is where breakfast is served in the morning and also where visitors can make coffee and other beverages (provided) or a place to comfortably eat and enjoy takeaway meals in the evening, if that is their preference. A fridge and microwave are also available.
